Welcome to Viraq.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all websites, applications, products, software, APIs, communication platforms, hosting services, email services, artificial intelligence services, and any other products or services made available by Viraq (collectively, the "Services").
Throughout these Terms, "Viraq", "we", "our", and "us" refer to the operator of the Viraq Services.
By accessing or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies that apply to specific Services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
To use the Services, you must:
be at least thirteen (13) years of age, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction;
have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

artificial intelligence services;

community platforms;

cloud-based services;
user accounts;

any additional products or services introduced by Viraq.
Not every Service is available in every country.
Services may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Some Services require you to create an account.
You agree to:
provide accurate information;
maintain accurate information;
keep your login credentials confidential;
immediately notify us of unauthorized access to your account.
You remain responsible for all activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.
We may require verification of your identity where reasonably necessary to maintain platform security or comply with legal obligations.
Usernames must not:
impersonate another person or organization;
infringe trademarks or intellectual property;
intentionally mislead other users;
contain unlawful or offensive material.
We may reclaim, modify, or require the change of usernames where necessary to prevent abuse, confusion, impersonation, or infringement.
You retain ownership of content that you create or upload.
By submitting content to Viraq, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
host;
store;
reproduce;
process;
transmit;
display;
distribute;
your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, improving, and providing the Services.
You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights to upload your content.
You agree not to:
violate applicable laws;
distribute malware or malicious software;
attempt unauthorized access to any system;
interfere with the operation of the Services;
scrape the Services without authorization;
impersonate another individual;
infringe intellectual property rights;
engage in fraud or deceptive conduct;
harass, threaten, or abuse others;
upload illegal content;
circumvent security measures;
abuse APIs or system resources.
Additional restrictions may appear within the Acceptable Use Policy.
Viraq may use automated systems, human moderators, or both to enforce these Terms.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:
review content;
remove content;
restrict visibility;
suspend accounts;
terminate accounts;
report unlawful activity to relevant authorities where required or appropriate.
No moderation system is perfect.
We do not guarantee that all harmful, offensive, misleading, illegal, or infringing content will be detected or removed.
Some Services utilize artificial intelligence.
AI-generated content:
may contain inaccuracies;
may be incomplete;
may become outdated;
should not be relied upon as professional advice.
You remain solely responsible for verifying AI-generated information before relying upon it.
AI responses do not constitute legal, medical, financial, engineering, or professional advice.
Certain Services may use Viraq Credits.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Credits are not legal tender.
Credits are not cryptocurrency.
Credits are not securities.
Credits have no cash value.
Credits cannot be transferred except where expressly permitted.
Promotional Credits may expire.
We may modify, revoke, deduct, or adjust Credits where necessary to correct system errors, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, or comply with applicable law.
Some Services may require payment.
Pricing, billing, subscriptions, renewals, refunds, and payment methods are governed by our Payment & Subscription Terms.
Unless otherwise required by law, fees paid for Services are non-refundable once the applicable billing period has commenced.
Except for User Content, all intellectual property relating to the Services, including but not limited to:
software;
source code;
designs;
logos;
trademarks;
graphics;
documentation;
website layouts;
databases;
is owned by Viraq or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing contained within these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We do not guarantee that:
the Services will always be available;
the Services will be uninterrupted;
the Services will be error-free;
all defects will be corrected.
Scheduled maintenance, hardware failures, software bugs, cyberattacks, internet disruptions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.
We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to some or all of the Services, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe it is necessary to:
protect the Services;
protect other users;
investigate suspected misconduct;
enforce these Terms;
comply with applicable law.
Termination may include:
account closure;
content removal;
revocation of Credits;
cancellation of subscriptions, subject to applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Viraq, its operators, contributors, affiliates, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, or data arising from or relating to your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viraq, its operators, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal costs arising from:
your breach of these Terms;
your misuse of the Services;
your violation of applicable law;
your infringement of another person's rights.
We may modify, improve, replace, suspend, or permanently discontinue any Service, feature, or functionality at any time.
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide advance notice of significant changes.
We may revise these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Viraq regarding your use of the Services.
